Refund policy

Our return policy is simple. We gladly accept returns and will refund/exchange the amount, no questions asked.

• If you are unsatisfied with any of our products, you are requested to kindly raise of query on WhatsApp: 0315-7091470 with relevant details and order number within 03 days of receiving your order.
• Please return goods with a copy of the invoice and mention the reason for returning the items.
• Customer needs to return the merchandise via traceable delivery i.e. courier or registered post on his own expense to our address.
• Delivery Charges will not be refunded.
• Refund requests will be processed within 14 working days after receiving the return products.
• All returns should be sent to Organic Dukaan, Plot # 50,  Street 03, Phase 4, Mehria Town, Attock CIty.
