Acacia honey is naturally slow to crystallize because of its high
fructose content, so it typically stays liquid for a long time
compared to other honey types. Some crystallization over time is
normal for raw honey and doesn't mean it's spoiled.
How should I store it?
Store at room temperature, away from direct sunlight. No
refrigeration needed.
